The Compliment Guys are a very unique group. These two boys really stand out and make a difference in people’s lives. Making someone smile, even a little bit, can make such a difference in not only their day, but also yours. At first, I thought that the two boys were just giving out phony compliments to get attention and have a laugh. As the video went along, I realized that they were genuinely giving true comments!
Getting a compliment feels great. I was at the Thoroughly Modern Millie auditions today and what I saw was very touching. All the girls were giving each other blasting rounds of applauses and enthusiastic cheering, and compliments were just casually hanging in the air. As soon as a girl stepped off the stage, there were compliments EVERYWHERE! No matter what grade they were in or how well they did, everyone was being kind and respectful.
This is a very important thing in life. We all want to feel good inside. We all want to make people feel good inside. That is the way of us human beings. We like it.
I chose this painting because it shows how much we all enjoy getting compliments. The artist is unknown but I really like how someone is patting the little girl's head and her smile shows how proud she is.
